​Lessons:

​

• Lessons are clearly structured 

• Languages of instruction can be: German, English, Russian, Czech and Spanish

• Lessons usually take place once per week

• Clarinet, saxophone, flute and recorder students are accompanied on the piano in the course of every lesson in order to practice chamber music regularly

• All students practise scales, technical studies and pieces.

• Piano students: special focus is put on playing by four hands

• Recommended length of a lesson: 30 minutes per week in person

• Further possibility 30 minutes in person per week pluis 15 or 2 times 15 minutes online per week (especially advisible for complete beginners)

• A crash course for adult students possible (6 lessons during the weekend)

• Organizing house concerts for the family and friends of my students is an important part of my teaching activity

Teaching concept for beginners:

​

• ​The main focus with beginner students lies on a correct breathing technique, position of the body, relaxed playing and tonguing. The main goal is that students have a solid basis in mastering the technical part of the instrument so that they are able to develop their musicality.

 

Teaching concept for advanced students:

​

• Advanced students come with different expectations. Some of them want to restart playing after a long break. Others want to prepare for their admission test at the University. All lessos are tailor-made to the needs of every student. It is important to me that my students reach a superior level as regards their technique and their musicality.

Teaching experience:

​

• Teacher at public Schools of Arts in Austria and Germany for the past 13 years​​

• Experience in teaching the clarinet, piano and saxophone

• Jury member of the German-wide youth competition "Jugend musiziert"

• Head of the Piano Department at the School of Arts and Music, County Havelland, Berlin-Brandenburg, Germany - resposible for 800 pupils and 35 teachers

• Continuous education in the field of music pedagogy

• The students won the 1. Prize of the German Youth Competition "Jugend musiziert"
